There are lots of ways you can support Mind, whether it’s by joining our largest running team in the Royal Parks Foundation half marathon, plunging 10,000ft with a parachute or swimming an open water mile.

Or perhaps a pub quiz, dinner party or golf day is your kind of thing.

When you join or host an event for Mind, you’re doing more than just raising vital funds. You’re also joining thousands of others in sending a message that mental health matters. 

However you decide to support us, we’re here to help make it as easy and as fun as possible. After all, you'll be doing something really good - and we want that to feel great! We'll be there to support you every step of the way with training tips, fundraising advice and encouraging words. It's the least we can do! 

Our work relies on people like you. People who give their time, money, energy and passion to make sure Mind can be there for everyone who needs us.

Running events and active challenges

Exercise lifts spirits and boosts energy, helping to keep your mind healthy. That's why taking part in one of our exciting running events or exhilarating active challenges is such a perfect way to support us.

The money you raise could mean someone dealing with anxiety, depression or bipolar can get through to our Infoline and find the information and support they’ve been looking for. Or it could mean they can join a group at a local Mind and begin talking therapy.

Fundraise in your community

Getting together with friends, family and neighbours or taking on a personal challenge is a great way to support Mind. The only limit on what you do is your imagination. From holding a concert, to washing cars, to collections and sponsored silences – the options are limitless.
