Substitutions can be made at any time without charge. Transfers can be made if there is availability on an equivalent course later in the year, however Mind reserves the right to charge for this service.

Where do you deliver training?

We offer training in:

  • London

Currently training courses in Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds have been temporarily suspended. Please contact your local Mind office for courses in these areas.

Do you offer different levels of training?

We understand that people have varying degrees of knowledge when it comes to mental health, so many of our courses come in two levels.

  • Level 1 or 'introductory' courses are for beginners who are new to the topic and are keen to find out about mental health and develop new skills. Anyone can attend these.
  • Level 2 courses are generally for those who already have some knowledge but who would like to learn about particular subject areas in more depth.
